How to sign up as a user

Step 1: Signing Up as a User
It’s a simple process. To get started using the Horizons Blogs, go to http://communityblogs.us to create a user name and to be assigned a temporary password. In order to register as a user, you must provide an active e-mail address. Click on the communityblogs.us on the black bar in the upper right section of the page. Next click on Community blogger signup on the right of the page under the title Registration.
On the next page, enter your username Email address and the secret signup word “Northwest”. Then enter the verification digits and click on just a username, please. Then click next.
You will be asked to check your e-mail for a message containing your username and a new password; you must activate the account before using it. Please do this as soon as you receive the activation e-mail.
Save this information for future reference.
Step 2: Getting Added to Your Community Blog
Before you can start using your community’s blog, you must be added as a user by your Horizon’s Community Blog Administrator(s). Call or email your local blog administrator (Don DeVries at 745-6089, devries @gwtc.net OR Catherine Ratliff at 745-4494, bluestem@gwtc.net OR Ray Gronwall at 745-5829, suerayg@yahoo.com) to report that you have completed the sign up and have replied to the activation e-mail. They will add you as a user.
