Strategic Plan (final pending approval)
Here is the Hot Springs Horizons Strategic Plan, which is final pending approval by the Visioning Committee. Upon approval the plan will be printed, and we will add the input of the Study Circles, Action Task Forces, survey respondents and others. We will announce a community event soon — to roll out the plan and recruit volunteers to work on teams to carry out individual objectives.
As you can see, the objectives are varied, ranging from children and youth projects, to tourism and economic development, to infrastructure, and more.Strategic Plan

Good going! to all who have made input so that this document came together. Perhaps we could add a tiny footnote somewhere with a rough estimate of the total number of people involved. It would include all who took LP, all who submitted questionnaires, photos, attended dinners/meetings, etc. etc.

And all who attended study circles, worked on action task forces, and so on. We’ll go to Linda Bane, the “list lady,” for a total list, and add it as an appendix. I think members of this community will be impressed by the broad participation.
It should be mentioned, we need new people and old, to join teams to pursue the objectives in the strategic plan. I encourage members of the community to look at the plan and think where and how you would like to join and help. The main opportunity to hook up will be at the community event, which is being planned now.
